Anti-Doping
Through its creation of the Ironman Anti-Doping Program, the World Triathlon Corporation has actively taken a stand along with the athletes to preserve the integrity of racing in Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events around the world.
The WTC strongly believes that everyone involved in triathlon has a part to play in eradicating the use of drugs not only for the individual athletes but in the interest and longevity of the sport.
This section is to assist athletes identify the resources they need to be educated and updated about the WTC Program, anti-doping and competing drug-free.
The WTC encourages all athletes to know and understand their rights and responsibilities with regard to anti-doping policy and procedure, and to be aware of what they are putting in their body. Athletes should seek advice if they have any questions or doubts about their responsibility, medication or treatment.
